Providing you’ve paid your invoice for the initial set up and design of the website all files and assets belong to you including transferring the theme license that is registered on your behalf.
We will provide ongoing updates to your website for example if you’d like to change your opening hours, add a new page or change a photo we’re happy to take care of it and just an email away. In addition, our packages include hosting, email, website security, backups plus ongoing WordPress, Plugin and Theme maintenance.
If you decide to up sticks and move to another provider or no longer require the website, simply let us know and we will help advise you regarding the migration or supply the website assets as a zip file.
Don’t worry about unused hours as they roll over for a period of up to 12 months. Unused hours are non-refundable.
You can request ownership of any domain names registered on behalf of your business by Ginger Pixels at any time. We have a migration admin fee of £89.00. We pay for domain names, hosting, Email plus the SSL certificate 12 months in advance, please note on cancellation you will be invoiced for the remaining period for these services.
Easy flexible support subscription upgrading and downgrading based on your website requirements. Your subscription support cost is reviewed after 12 months to make sure you are on the correct package, if required a revised package will be put forward. Please note a full website redesign will be subject to an initial design fee.
Absolutely you are free to host the website with your preferred provider however we always recommend where our ongoing support subscription packages are in place that you would consider using our hosting service. This helps us support you better with ongoing maintenance and backups including website security as not all hosting providers are equal.
Our websites are built using WordPress or Shopify, we provide client logins on completion of the website. If your website is paired with our support subscription package we would encourage you to utilise us to make the updates as this is included within the monthly support fee.
Copywriting is not included as part of a website quote or website support package unless otherwise agreed. However, if you require help with copywriting we’d be happy to provide you with a quotation.
The cost of stock photography/imagery is paid or supplied by the client. If you require photography we’d be happy to provide you with a cost.
